Asking for help...

A number of people are asking for help and not following basic instructions and posting information that is of no help to any of the admins.

Please make sure you do the following:

1. Download a fresh installer from the download page, uninstall the old version and install the one you just downloaded.
2. POST LOG FILES, without log files we really cannot help you.
3. If you have missing screenshots, there's a thread for that at the top of the support forum - read it.

It's extremely frustrating when the rules aren't read - so read them, post in the right place and post the right information. You won't get any help unless you do.

Hello i have one big problem :/ Some asshole hack it my xray account, and sudenly some team on cb shows me that my xac acc and shot my bad proceess codehook? HOw is that possible i never hack on ever try it :S Look my all screen shoots they are clean so i realy don't know how its posible that people are trying to say that i'm cheating :S please solve this problem :S I never cheat :

your account is your responsibility if it gets hacked it must be down to a lack of security or passing your details onto someone else. i would tell you to post in the appeals section but i doubt if it would do any good.

im logged into the site but then i go to download the installer it tells me to log in again, i log in AGAIN and it says thank you rotory 7 for logging in but it still wont let me download the installer. i just upgraded to windows 7 that is the only reason im having problems it worked fine in XP

hi i have a problem with x-ray....
I have without x-ray a ping round 50 and how i strat x-ray i have a ping 70 - 80
and i beginns to lagg extremly...
What can i do?? i can´t play with x-ray it have too much laggs when i start it

i just downloaded this and executed the .exe but when that direct x dialog box comes it says couldn't download the file...check internet connection...but my connection is fine....i turned off my fire wall and stuff but still it doesnt work...plz help!!!!!!!!!

I recently tried to upload my screenshots after a gaming session and while the initial uploading screen says that the uploading of the screenshots has been completed I am still missing the screenshots. After trying to upload the same screenshots several times without prevail I thought I better post.
