Login Failed - X-ray Gaming

I havn't used XAC for a while and now when I'm trying to log in I get an error each time saying "Login failed".

I've reset my password twice using the "Forgotten your password?" link.

Any ideas?

An admin will answer your query in due course ONLY if you have posted all the relevant information. We understand you may be in a hurry and we actively monitor new threads.

If it's a bug, please remember that XAC is a complicated system and it may take a few days to resolve. We'll keep you posted however.

I have same problem, it says logn failed even though im sure its the right password and the right email. I've been trying everything, i got new passwords, i used two other emails, everything, but nothing worked. And, is it true that you have to login with your username at site and with your email/gmail at the program? I dont understand, please help me..
